Q) What is the dress code for youth classes at the Etiquette School of Maryland location?

A) The suggested attire for young men is a jacket and tie and dress for young ladies. No jeans, no sneakers.

     For programs held on site for schools, after school programs and youth organizations, the dress code is 

     regular school attire. 


Q) What is the dress code for professionals?

A) Business attire.


Q) Where are your classes and seminars held?

A) All classes and seminars are held at the Etiquette School of Maryland in Columbia unless otherwise noted.


Q) How long is the youth program. Our core Modern Etiquette & Manners Program is an 8-hour curriculum?

A) We offer this program as:  8-weeks 1 hour/weekly, 4 classes 2  hours each or 2 classes 4 hours each 


Q)  Does the Etiquette School of Maryland offer its programs to schools and youth organizations?  

A)  Yes. We would be happy to customize a schedule for the convenience of your school, after school program, or youth organization.


Q) What is the maximum number of students for each class?

A) Twelve


Q) Do you offer private individual etiquette training for Adults?

A) Yes. We offer our signature Business Etiquette for Professionals one-day seminar privately for adults. 

The investment is $1499. Private Individual Training is held at our office in Columbia.


Q) What is your Cancellation and Refund Policy?

A) The Etiquette School of Maryland has a no refund policy. If for any reason you are not able to attend on the selected dates, you may reschedule the

training or class for future dates within a one-year period. No refunds will be given for any reason.
